Hop aboard the shuttle

This summer, leave your car and easily get to Fraispertuis-City using the FLUO Grand Est shuttle services.

From July 4 to August 31, 2026, Monday through Saturday (including public holidays), departing from several towns:

  • Épinal (via Rambervillers), line 7 Fluo GE 88
  • Gérardmer (via Saint-Dié-des-Vosges), line 17 Fluo GE 88
  • Lunéville, line 8 Fluo GE

It’s very simple:

  • There is a morning departure. Several lines are available, with multiple stops along each route. You can purchase your ticket directly from the driver.
    A return trip is provided at the end of the day
    to take you back to your departure point.

An added advantage!

By showing your FLUO ticket for the day at the park ticket counters, you qualify for a special admission price of €25.50 (flat rate).

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How much does the shuttle ride cost?

    The fare for Fluo Grand Est shuttles is €4 for a single trip. This is a flat rate that does not vary based on the distance traveled.

    The shuttle fare is reduced to €2 for Fluo cardholders and is free if you are connecting from a TER Fluo train.

  • Where can I buy my ticket?

    Tickets are purchased on board the bus; remember to bring cash, as they are not equipped to accept card payments.

  • How to get the preferential rate for park access?

    Arriving by shuttle entitles you to a special rate for admission to Fraispertuis-City. This ticket can only be purchased at the on-site ticket counters upon presentation of your travel ticket for the day.

    For a train-plus-shuttle connection, your train ticket for the day will serve as your travel document.

  • Transport for people with reduced mobility

    Welcoming people with reduced mobility on board requires a reservation 48 hours before travel.

    Also note that the maximum transportable weight is 250 kg (chair and person included). If these conditions are not respected, the Region and its carrier reserve the right to cancel transport on the day of travel.

  • Animal transport

    Animals traveling in cages are not permitted in the park or on the bus bound for the park.

  • Can this preferential rate be combined with other offers?

    Access to the preferential rate upon presentation of a travel pass cannot be combined with other offers, or current promotions.
